Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Onsite, San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule : Training: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm . There is a one-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
Compensation: pay rate of $15.00/hr. There is a shift differential of $1.50 per hour Monday through Sunday, 6 pm to 6 am, and $1.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday, 6 am to 6 pm.
Duration: 3 months, Temp to Hire
Job Details
This role involves assisting customers with debit accounts, resolving inquiries, and navigating multiple computer systems efficiently. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, recommending products, and delivering high-quality customer service. Candidates need at least six months of customer service experience, the ability to type 25 words per minute, and strong multitasking skills. A high school diploma or GED, along with good communication, teamwork, and self-motivation, are essential.
