We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The Event Assistant will collaborate with event coordinators, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event operations. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to confirm details and resolve issues as needed. Help prepare event materials and assist with event set-up and breakdown. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Track event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Handle registration and guest check-ins, ensuring accurate guest lists and seating arrangements. Manage event supplies, including ordering and tracking inventory. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents. Assist in managing event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions. Respond to inquiries from attendees and clients before, during, and after events. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
