We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in coordinating and executing various events. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in assisting with the planning, preparation, and on-site management of events. You will work closely with our clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and efficiently

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate, social, and community events.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
• Liaise with vendors, including catering, AV, décor, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage event schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.
• Handle event registrations, guest lists, and attendee inquiries.
• Assist with budget tracking and cost management for each event.
• Provide administrative support to the event planning team as needed.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
