We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agents to join our team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance they need promptly and professionally. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathise, and solve problems will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and call center software.
