JOB HIGHLIGHTS

EverLine Coatings is a parking lot maintenance company with locations all over the country.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Striping Technician to join our team. As a Line Striping technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the safety and aesthetics of parking lots, roadways, and other paved surfaces by applying precise line markings and traffic symbols. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and contribute to a professional and dynamic team environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate line striping machinery and equipment to apply accurate and high-quality traffic markings, including parking lot lines, road markings, crosswalks, and directional arrows.
• Prepare surfaces for striping by cleaning, power washing, and applying sealants or primers as necessary.
• Interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications to ensure precise alignment and spacing of lines and symbols.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on striping equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, work completed, and time spent on each project.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with completed work.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with line striping or related pavement maintenance work is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate and maintain specialized striping equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork.

COMPENSATION:

• Salary: $18/hr to $28/hr depending on experience
