We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our global recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment experience and a love for gaming. As a Recruiter , you will identify, attract, and hire top talent to ensure games of our clients are tested with the highest quality.
Your daily duties:
Design and implement overall recruitment strategy in the processes recruiter is responsible for ("owner" function).
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate media.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in cooperation with the business and Recruitment Manager.
Build good relations with Hiring Managers.
Source and recruit candidates by using all needed sources - databases, social media, direct search, etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Support younger colleagues in the recruitment team in order to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Team Lead and the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Participate in recruitment/EB events.
Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work”.
Open and close requisitions independently.
Work on improvements and changes in the work flow.
Choose superuser direction and activity.
Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for different roles and grades and partner with various senior managers across the businesses to actively recruit talent.
Manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
Build strong relationships with the business to meet talent needs smoothly and efficiently.
Identify, source, and develop qualified candidate pools.
Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
Negotiations skills.
Focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional.
Influential, bringing new solutions and changes to the processes.
Sharing knowledge with the team, motivating each other.
Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment database system.
Recruitment reporting and metrics awareness.
English at C1+ level.
