TALP LLC. COPYRIGHT DISPUTE POLICY

In compliance with the DMCA, we have implemented the following policy regarding copyright infringement. We retain the right to (1) block access to or remove material that we have reason to believe is copyrighted material unlawfully copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users, and (2) terminate service for repeat offenders.

Please note that your utilization of Secrettees services is consistently governed by the Terms of Use, which includes this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any terminology used in this Policy without specific definitions is as defined in the Terms of Use.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you suspect that material or content accessible through the Services infringes upon your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent), please forward a notice of copyright infringement containing the following details to Secrettees's Designated Agent for Notification of Claimed Infringement (our “Designated Agent,” whose contact details are provided below):

(a) A physical or electronic signature of an individual authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner purportedly infringed;

(b) Identification of the copyrighted works or materials in question;

(c) Description of the allegedly infringing material, including specific information regarding its location that allows Secrettees to locate and verify its existence;

(d) Contact information for the notifier, including address, telephone number, and, if available, email address;

(e) A statement affirming that the notifier has a genuine belief, under penalty of perjury, that the material identified in (1)(c) is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(f) A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the provided information is accurate and that the notifying party is authorized to lodge the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification Is Received by the Designated Agent

Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, we retain the authority to:

(a) Remove or restrict access to the infringing material;

(b) Inform the content provider accused of infringement that we have taken action to remove or restrict access to the relevant material; and

(c) Suspend the content provider's access to the Services if they are identified as a repeat offender.

Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent

If the content provider believes that the removed material (or the material to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or if the content provider believes that they have the right to use such material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or as allowed by law, the content provider may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent, including the following details:

(a) A physical or electronic signature of the content provider;

(b) Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location;

(c) A statement expressing the content provider's good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to error or misidentification;

(d) Contact information of the content provider, including name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district where the content provider resides, or, if located outside the United States, any judicial district where Secrettees operates, and consenting to accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notification.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, Secrettees may, at its discretion, forward a copy to the original complainant, informing them that Secrettees may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action against the accused content provider, the removed material may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or longer, as determined by Secrettees.
