At Secrettees, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in a timely and accurate manner. Your satisfaction is our priority, and you are fully covered by our Return and Exchanges policy for a comprehensive 30-day period from the date of purchase. Replacement and exchanges
We generally do not offer refunds for items due to incorrect size, design, color selection, etc.
However, we do provide support to customers by offering replacements. You would only need to cover the shipping fee and a small handling fee (handling fees may vary depending on the type of item, such as Hoodies or Sweatshirts).
We are happy to refund your purchase or send you a replacement free of charge if the product you receive is a different size or image than what you ordered on the website, or if there is an error in the size chart displayed on our website.
