How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
All our products are produced on demand, meaning that production begins shortly after your order is processed. As a result, customers can anticipate receiving their products within 10-21 business days from the date of payment processing. Order Queue Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be placed in our queue for 24 hours before printing begins. During this 24-hour period, you have the option to modify order details (such as size, color, or quantity) or cancel the order altogether.
Production time
Our production process usually takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete, though this may vary depending on the specific product ordered.
Here is a breakdown of the production timeframes for different product categories:
– Printed apparel (regular/partial printing): 2-4 business days
– All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 5-7 business days
Shipping time
Customers understand and accept that the provided delivery timeframe of 10-21 business days is an approximation. In certain circumstances, deliveries may either surpass or fall short of this estimated timeframe.
Here is a breakdown of the shipping timeframe for different product categories:
– Printed apparel (regular/partial printing): 3-5 business days
All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints)
- United States: 8-12 business days
- Canada: 8-12 business days
- Europe: 15-30 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 15-30 business days
- Other countries: 20-45 business days
All shipments include a tracking link for your convenience. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.
How much should I pay for shipping?
Shipping fees fluctuate based on the destination and quantity of items in your order
For shipments within the US:
– T-shirts and tank tops: $6.99
– Hoodies, zip hoodies, sweatshirts, and long sleeves: $7.99 for the first item + $2.99 for each additional item.
As for international shipping, the rates are as follows:
For international shipping of Custom Apparel, most items incur a fee of $7.99 for the initial item, with an additional $1.99 for each extra item. However, heavier items such as hoodies may entail a higher charge
For All Over Prints Apparel:
– T-shirts and tank tops: $7.99 per item
Please be aware that shipping rates may be higher for certain destinations, including Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and other specific locations.
Re-ship
We will initiate a re-shipment in the following cases:
- The customer provided incorrect address or contact information, resulting in delivery failure by the carrier.
- The shipping carrier made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the customer for delivery.
Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will arrange for re-shipment upon receiving the correct address and confirmation from the customer. Re-shipment fees are as follows:
– $7 per item for re-shipment within the US.
– $10 per item for global re-shipment.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
We exclusively provide single-destination shipping. If you intend to ship to multiple locations, kindly place separate orders with distinct addresses.
Can I ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that shipments to APO addresses may take up to 40-45 days. Additionally, once your parcel has entered the military area, we won't be able to provide shipping status updates for security reasons.
Will vat taxes be charged?
We do not levy any taxes for international shipping. The recipient is solely responsible for all taxes and duties fees incurred.
