Our all-over-print T-shirts are manufactured in Hong Kong/ China.

We would love to manufacture our products domestically in the USA. We have looked at every opportunity to do it, however, it’s just not feasible as the production costs would not allow us to offer a competitive price point to consumers.

We hand-select each factory we work with and work hard with them to ensure that every product is to the highest standard and is legally and socially carried out to our exacting standards.

We work hard with our partners in China to ensure that each and every cover meets industry standards for quality, safety, fair labor, ethical business practices, and environmental responsibility.

Shipping fees fluctuate based on the destination and quantity of items in your order

   For shipments within the United States
– Standard Shipping (8 -12 biz days) + Manufacturing Time (4-6 biz days) = 5.99$ + ( 1$ * [quantity] )
– FREE Shipping (Over $89): Shipping Time (12 biz days) + Manufacturing Time (5-7 biz days)

   Rest of the world
– Standard Shipping (10-12 biz days) + Manufacturing Time (5-7 biz days) = 6.99$ + ( 1 * [quantity] )
– FREE Shipping (Over $89): Shipping Time (15 biz days) + Manufacturing Time (5-7 biz days)

Please be aware that shipping rates may be higher for certain destinations, including Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and other specific locations.

Customers understand and accept that the provided delivery timeframe of 12-22 business days is an approximation. In certain circumstances, deliveries may either surpass or fall short of this estimated timeframe.

 For shipments within the United States

– FREE Shipping (Over $89): Shipping Time (12 biz days) + Manufacturing Time (5-7 biz days) = 17 – 19 days

All shipments include a tracking link for your convenience. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing with your tracking information. Sometimes, it can take a few days for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped. Additionally, there may be a delay in the tracking information if the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. If your tracking information is still not working after a few days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue for you.

Yes absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your products are flawed in any way, just contact us and we’ll make it right.

As our all-over-print t-shirts are custom-made, printed and tailored to each individual order, we may not be able to make changes to an order once it has been produced. If you request a change to your order, we will contact our production team to see if your order has already been produced. If it hasn't, we will make the necessary changes for you. However, please note that we may not be able to make changes to your order if it has already entered the production process. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order. This will allow us to expedite the production process to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

After making your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, and shipping address). After this timeframe, your order will go into production, and we cannot change it for you.

When an order is placed, we immediately email you your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please follow these steps:

Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
If these don’t work, please click here and contact us.

Regrets happen, we know…

So If you decide you want to cancel an order, just contact us within 24 hours after the order was placed and we’ll cancel it no questions asked.

If it has been more than 24 hours, we may have already sent your order to the printer and may not be able to cancel as it will already be in the crafting or shipping process.

If this happens to you

Just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it.

However, we can’t make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and it ships out the same day.

If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We’ll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder. If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.

Due to our sublimation printing process and vacuum sealed shipping, lighter colored items may arrive with slight discoloration which is completely normal and will come out after one light wash!

Re-shipment fees are as follows:

$7 per item for re-shipment within the US.

$10 per item for global re-shipment.

If you received a defective, damaged or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately; since it was our fault, we will not require you to ship the item back.

We exclusively provide single-destination shipping. If you intend to ship to multiple locations, kindly place separate orders with distinct addresses.
