Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

PRODUCTION TIME

– Your order will require production Print-Cut-and-Sew by Handmade within 5 to 7 business days before shipping. We will send an email tracking number ASAP when the show is complete.

SHIPPING TIME

– Shipping Time will be 8 to 12 business days (US). However, in certain instances, deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.
Estimated delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Suppose you cannot receive the goods directly. Please email us ASAP at support@secrettees.com; we will assist in handling your case. You in 24 hours. If your order is lost, we will ship new items free to you; we are sorry for the inconvenience if this case appears. So please don’t worry; we will support you 24/7 until you are satisfied!
